A way of life, capturing a banal moment of everyday life, a scene encountered in an urban space, an attitude of rest challenging the pace of contemporary life, and an ordinary moment transformed into a space for contemplation. An anecdote, perhaps, or an invitation to reflect on ways of living: dominated by the beliefs and conventions of others, or grounded in one’s own authenticity and self-knowledge.

Artwork selected for the 40th Sanvisens Competition of the Sitges City Council. Exhibited at the Miramar Cultural Centre in 2026.
